mixed feelings about this place
no room service high valet parking
I found a couple of things pretty irritating. first, the lack of proper dining options was a real letdown. I mean, no room service at all? .. the shop was basically a closet. also, the valet parking was like highway robbery at $80, especially since i was barely there for twelve hours. the fees almost matched the room rate, and to top it off, there was no complimentary water in the room..

clean room secure room tidy room elevator shortage broken elevator unwanted entry
My room was clean and tidy. The sights were BEAUTIFUL and the room felt secure. I liked that the things i needed were easily accessible.
not enough elevators WERE available . Some elevators were not working, it was inconvenient. A staff member knocked and entered my room without permission.

clean room friendly staff safe location limited restaurant small shop stingy pour
The room was impeccably clean. staff was professional and friendly. i was allowed to leave my bags after check out. It was a bonus. the location is perfect, and i felt safe walking at night around the area.
They had no real restaurant to have breakfast in. their shop for necessities is a small closet next to the main desk. It had virtually nothing of use in it. the wine bar poured very stingy pours for $20/a glass wine.
